Skills set and knowledge you should possess as a C++ Developer:

• Excellent knowledge of C/C++ development language
• Excellent knowledge of GNU and Visual Studio development tools
• Excellent knowledge of development of C++ applications used to interact with embedded systems
• Excellent knowledge in development of user space applications using POSIX on Linux/Windows
• Knowledge of tools for verification of developed applications like Valgrind's test suite 
• Knowledge of use of Linux OS as development environments 
• Basic knowledge of Gerrit and GIT
• Use of CORBA
• Knowledge of C++14
• Knowledge of Boost

Day to day challenges:

• Analysis of requirements and creation of new implementations
• Creation of technical documentation
• Communication with the client for creation of new requirements
• Work one week a month with the client onsite for test of the deliveries and sync on ongoing activities
