Within the SEE Automotive Conference - Connect & Supply 2018 held on 17. – 18. April , consortium partners made presentation of GIVE project and research on the subject of cross industrial collaboration potentials
Automotive cluster Serbia (AC Serbia) in cooperation with ICT cluster of Central Serbia and other partners, and supported by German agency for international collaboration (GIZ) and Development agency of Serbia, organized in Novi Sad on 17th and 18th of April, greatly successful event by the name of SEE Automotive Conference - Connect & Supply 2018. Event was exceptionally visited, especially by foreign partners, amongst which BMW, Mitsubishi, KIA motors and FCA Serbia.
The most attention was attracted by B2B meetings. Duration of meetings was 15 minutes per each partner, and everybody had an opportunity to appoint a meeting in advance via B2B matchmaking platform. There was great interest for IT companies and organizations as well, which had an opportunity to present and offer own IT solutions to automotive companies.
Conference was also excellent opportunity to present Green ICT Development – GIVE project and the research that is being conducted in its framework, on the subject of crossindustrial collaboration potentials in 6 countries, where ICT cluster of Central Serbia is one of partners in implementation.
Cluster Manager, Mr Branimir Dženopoljac presented GIVE project in front of wide international auditorium, and invited all present participants to take part in the initiative, primarily by fiiling out GIVE Questionnaire, and further more - through intensifying collaboration among companies from three identified sectors (Green, Automotive, ICT) through B2B meetings that are planned for 2019.
Printed copies of Questionnaire were available to participants, as well as posters with QR code which attendees could have scanned via their smartphones and thereby directly acces to Questionnaire .
B2B meetings were fruitful for ICT cluster of Central Serbia as well, since 6 meetings were conducted with represetntatives of automotive industry where next steps in collaboration were arranged, in the sence of connecting IT and automotive companies, and overall cross industrial incentives.
