ICT Certification 

Overall Objective

Certification of selected ICT positions in order to increase the competitiveness of the ICT sector in Central Serbia through the improvement of human resources.

This project will contribute to realization of this objective through establishment of Certification body and platform for all ICT professionals who wants to test their knowledge and gain certificate as a proof that they can work in IT sector on defined position. 
Activities planned through this project will directly lead to increased competitiveness of the ICT sector of Central Serbia through the improvement of human resources by developing standards of knowledge and skills required for different job positions in ICT sector.

Overall Outputs

Output 01: Selected IT positions for certification and establishment of Certification body. 
Output 02: Developed certification mechanism and parameters for certification
Output 03: Raised awareness about importance of certification of certain job positions in ICT sector

Activity 1.1: Organization of workshops / brainstorming sessions with members of ICT cluster
Activity 1.2: Analysis of IT jobs and selection of crucial positions for certification
Activity 1.3: Selection of members for Certification body

Activity 2.1: Definition of certification mechanism for selected positions
Activity 2.2: Definition of certification parameters for selected positions 
Activity 2.3: Establishment of e-learning platform of ICT Cluster Academy

Activity 3.1. Organization of Awareness event
Activity 3.2. Conducting a marketing campaign through the Internet and social media

ICT conference Kragujevac 2019

Overall Objectives

Promoting, networking, exchange and cohesion of IT sector within region and Serbia as the most promising economy branch in Serbia and launching Kragujevac as regional IT center. 

To increase promoting, networking, exchange and cohesion of IT sector within region and Serbia in line with strategic plans and orientation on ICT development in Serbia.
The part of the project will contribute to realization of the overall objective through opportunity for ICT companies and relevant organizations to communicate, make networks, exchange experiences and launch interactions in favour of expansion and development of ICT sector.

Overall Outputs

Output 01: Defined program of the Conference and promoted to the wide range of relevant participants
Output 02: Conducted Conference and further steps decision made
