The work includes working with all IT Operations and Support Engineers, with Cloud tools in AWS and Azure, analysis of existing platforms, development consulting for change requests, development and delivery of custom solution as per customer's requirements or our suggested implementation specification.

Day to Day challenges:

• Responsible for planning, installation, optimization and maintenance of Cloud-based solutions.
• Use the knowledge of DevOps processes and work closely with engineering and sales to resolve technical issues
• Prepare and demonstrate DevOps capabilities and solutions
• Engage with prospects during sales cycle

Skills set you should possess:

• At least 1 year of experience with implementation of Cloud based solutions
• Knowledge and experience with Elastic's X-Pack is a big plus
• Experience in software engineering or systems engineering
• Strong experience working with multi-cloud environments and tools (Azure, AWS) is a plus
• Experience leveraging monitoring tools
